Basic direction:
These sides are one information and advertisingplatform of BMS-Food Co., Ltd. and should serve to the detailed description of our offer.
1. Order process:
When you have found the product you want, click on “add to cart” to add it to the shopping cart.
After that you can either continue shopping or click on “View order”.
If everything is correct, click on "Complete order" to initiate the order.
Please fill in your billing address (possibly different delivery address) and the correct telephone number in the format shown.
You will then receive a confirmation of your purchase with all important information about shipping costs, total amount and payment methods.
All orders are processed within 2-4 working days. No processing takes place on Sundays and public holidays.
Should there be an unforeseen delay in your order, we will contact you by email or phone.
2. Payment process:
Payment can be made by bank transfer (no fees), "mobile banking" or credit card via PayPal (+ ... fees) within Thailand. Payment is to be made in advance. After receipt of payment on our account, your order will be prepared and sent within the processing time.
3. Shipping process:
The dispatch takes place from Monday to Friday, unless there are public holidays, on which the forwarding company may not deliver. We inform you separately about such special cases.
As soon as the goods have been dispatched, they will be delivered to the specified address on the following day. You will receive a tracking number from us about the progress of your delivery.
Make sure you enter your address and telephone number correctly. You undertake to be available for the carrier on the day of delivery by telephone, the more successfully the delivery can take place.
The delivery takes place with the forwarding company "Inter Express Logistics". The goods are sent in a cooled styrofoam box. The freight forwarder guarantees that the goods arrive cool at the end customer. When handing over to the shipping company, the shipping risk is transferred to them, unless the customer can be proven to be unavailable. BMS-FOOD-SHOP is not liable for products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the carrier to file a complaint. Please keep all packaging materials and damaged goods, ideally document everything with photos before you make a claim.
We do not ship outside of Thailand.
